15 U.S.C. 375 (PACT Act definitions)

The PACT Act (Jenkins Act as amended, 15 U.S.C. 375 et seq.) governs delivery sales of cigarettes and smokeless tobacco. Its definition of "cigarette" includes electronic nicotine delivery systems.
